Need Pillows for Your Event? We're Here to Help!

If you’ll need pillows for your upcoming event, please be sure to submit an AiM order with all the necessary details as early as possible. The Work Control Center can be reached directly at 574-631-8888 as needed. 

Just a quick note to make sure that whoever is distributing the pillows is aware of the packaging standard—this will help ensure you have enough during the event. You might also consider ordering a few extras, just in case some guests would like an additional pillow.

To make sure everything’s ready in time—especially during busy seasons when demand is high—we’ll deliver your pillows before the requested date. Deliveries will be made to the building lobby and clearly labeled for your event, so everything is easy to find.

For larger events (like Alumni Reunion), please give Central Receiving a call at 574-631-6383. We’ll work with you to gather all the info we need—such as pillow quantities, delivery locations, and your work order number—so we can prepare your order ahead of time.

Early delivery is part of our process to ensure you have what you need, when you need it. Everything will be labeled clearly for your event.
